There are several leadership assessment tools and applications available that can provide insights into your leadership style, strengths, and areas for development. I am not affiliated with any of the companies or tools in any way nor do I get any benefits if you use their services. Here are a few popular ones:

PrinciplesYou from Ray Dalio: This is a comprehensive assessment that helps you understand yourself, understand others, and help others understand you. This assessment was designed to help gain self-awareness and other awareness that are critical to making good decisions and getting things done. It is free and found here:

Leadership Practices Inventory... The Leadership Practices Inventory is a widely used assessment tool based on the leadership framework developed by James Kouzes and Barry Posner. This one charges a fee:

DISC Assessment: DISC is a behavioral assessment tool that helps individuals understand their communication style and how they interact with others. While there are paid versions available, you can find free online versions of DISC assessments that provide basic insights into your leadership behaviors. A free version is here

StrengthsFinder: StrengthsFinder is an assessment developed by Gallup that identifies your top strengths out of a list of 34 talent themes. While the full assessment is typically part of a paid book or program, you can find free versions online that offer a limited number of strength results. This one charges a fee:

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI): MBTI is a widely used personality assessment tool that can provide insights into your preferences, decision-making style, and communication style. While the official MBTI assessment typically requires a fee, there are free online adaptations and similar assessments available that can provide similar insights.
